City American School
Developed for R Education & Academic Development (READ), City American School brings a bold, color-banded façade to Tallah 2, completed in 2020. Unlike most schools, the campus forgoes a compound wall altogether, opening directly onto its surroundings and giving it a welcoming, community-facing street presence. Arrival is marked by an entrance plaza and flagpole forecourt, setting the tone before opening into a functional, education-focused layout built around 60 classrooms designed to support a growing student body. Proarc carried the project from concept through schematic and detailed design, handling authority approvals and tendering alongside on-site supervision through to completion.
