Homes R Us Showroom, Ajman — Proarc delivered the design and approval documentation for this 5,986.6 m² G+M retail showroom in Jurf Industrial-1, developed for R Zoning LLC. The 16.41 m facade combines composite panel cladding, bold red signage, and an integrated full-height LED display with expansive ground-floor glazing, creating a striking retail presence that opens the showroom floors to the street. Now complete and operating as a fully functional Homes R Us branch, the project reflects Proarc's continued delivery of large-format commercial architecture across Ajman.
